He is survived by: his wife Judith Kostal; his brother Dennis Kostal (Karen); his children, Sheila Kostal, Thomas Kostal (Megan) and John Kostal (Katie); and his grandchildren, Ryan Peake, Jason Peake, Emily Peake, Molly Peake, Sophie Kostal, Emma Kostal, Isabelle Kostal, Eloise Kostal and William Kostal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
