It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gretchen Baerg Gearhart in La Grange, Illinois, born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Gearhart; her parents, William Baerg and Eloise Farris Baerg; and her son-in-law Charles Rubin. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Ciz-Madia (Robert), Kathryn Gearhart, John Gearhart, Gretchen Rubin (Robert) and Anne Gearhart; her grandchildren, John Ciz-Madia (Katarzyna), Peter Ciz-Madia (Kristin), Elizabeth Flock, Jane Sharp (Kevin), Lucy Rubin, Claire Ellerhorst (William), Marina Gearhart, Charles Frye and Teddy Frye; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Gretchen Ciz-Madia, Charles and Rosemary Sharp; her brother William Baerg; and her sister-in-law Suzannah Kleese. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
