With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pat Grundke of La Grange Park, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Choitz. She is survived by: her husband Art Grundke; her children, Eric (Kristen), Jennifer Peyton (Mark) and John (Cathleen); and her grandchildren, James, Jackson, Alyssa, Tatum, Andrew, Jessica, Conor, Jack and Isabella.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pillars Community Health or Beds Plus in La Grange, Illinois.
