He is survived by: his spouse Mildred Calek; his children, Anne Calek (David Lockery), Alice and Joe Calek; his grandchildren, Matt Dory, Dan Dory, Allison Calek and Andrew Calek; his siblings, Betty Yirsa (Harold) and Arlene "Cookie" Vrba (Art); his nieces and nephews, Buddy, Debra, Laura and Joel; and also Vasko.
