He was predeceased by: his parent Glenda J. Kushenbach. He is survived by: his parent John P. Kushenbach Sr.; his sibling Karen Kowitz; his nieces and nephews, Spencer Kowitz and Marta Kowitz; and his aunts and uncles, Roger Kushenbach (Ruth), Thomas Kushenbach (Kathy) and Delbert Miller.
