He is survived by: his spouse Dolores Houcek; his children, Howard Houcek (Colleen), Paul Houcek and Earl Houcek; his grandchildren, Brendan Houcek (Jeneen), Kevin Houcek (Jacque) and Bridget Houcek; his great grandchild Natalie Houcek; and also Pavlak.
