He is survived by: his children, April Foster, Diana Foster, David Foster (Lynette) and Paul Foster (Gale); his grandchildren, Becky Zacha, Liz Porter (Derek), Erica, Parker and Jamie; his great grandchild Emelia Zacha; his siblings, Teri Welker and Norman Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Landberg (late Robert) and Dolores Schneider (late Andrew). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
