He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen; his parents, Edward Racan (Helen) and LaVerne "Pat" Racan; and his siblings, Cynthia Webb (James), Bradley Racan, Beth Wagner (Randall), Phillip Kitzer (Gayla), Diane Kitzer Gross, Richard Kitzer (Roselle) and Alan Kitzer (Maureen).
