He was predeceased by: his wives, Mabel Hill-Robinson and Doris Robinson; his child Kelly Robinson; his parents, Vernita Toliver-Robinson (late Leo) and Richard Robinson; his brother Gerald Jerome Robinson; and his stepsisters, Audrey Toliver and Hazel Toliver.

He is survived by: his children, Robin Robinson, Nikki Robinson, Michael Robinson, Rae Washington (DeAngelo), David Robinson (Cassandra) and Cameron Hill; and his grandchildren, Raven, Tiffiny, Ryan, Michael Quentin, Angela, Aaron, Zhames, Zhasmine, Jada, Ashley, Ricky, Monique, Kobie, Kayla, Louvinia and Dorian. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
