She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Norbert J. Gersch; her children, Laura Gersch, Tom Gersch (Susan), Cheryl Duffy (Mike) and Terri Kopija; her grandchildren, Grace, Ben and Sam Gersch; and her brother Steve Walach.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 15th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services (9445 31st St, Brookfield, IL 60513). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 15th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Louise de Marillac Church (1144 Harrison Ave, La Grange Park, IL 60526).
