He is survived by: his children, Desirae Miller, Destinie Hand (Ryan), Peggy Tiska (Jacob), Mathew Ensley (Brittany), Dale Ensley (Dominique), Dakota Ensley and Brad Ensley (Rebecca); and his siblings, Nina Ensley (Diane), Paul Ensley (Laura) and Glenn Ensley (Leona). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
