He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James T. and Mildred I. Kerr, Sr. (Williamson); his wife Judith; his sons, Andrew W. Kerr (Debbie) of Las Vegas, NV and Brian L. Kerr (Brooke) of Knoxville; and his grandsons, Aiden, Colton and Liam.
