She is survived by: her husband Mike Simkins; her children, Zach Asbury (Pauline) of Knoxville, Jacob Hartman-Simkins (Tag) of Brooklyn, NY and Jadian Bishop (Cory) of Woodstock, AL; her siblings, Mark Byerly (Lorrie) of Galesburg, Lenny Byerly (Sally) of Salisbury Center, NY and Larry Raaen of Pickens, SC; her grandchildren, Waylon Asbury, Luca Bishop and Briggs Bishop; and her pet Janie.
Memorials may be donated to OSF Hospice or to the Knox County Humane Society.
