He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kenneth and Olive Jesse Biddle (Toops); his daughter Darson Spencer; his grandchildren, Edward Spencer and Diana Biddle; and his nephew Nick Smith.
He is survived by: his spouse Linann Lynch; his children, Starr Hannifin (Mark) of Wellington, FL, Rebel Miller Berry (Dean) of Macon, MO, Cody Biddle (Jessica Kursock) of Kewanee, IL and Jesse Biddle (Justine Brown) of Victoria, IL; his stepson Christopher Derham of Chillicothe, IL; his grandchildren, Bill Spencer, Levi Biddle, Stephanie Gallart, Nichole Hannifan, Eric Miller, Clint Miller, Meranda Derham, Walker, Waylon Biddle, Casper and Milo Biddle; his niece Chrissy Smith of Carbondale, IL; and his siblings, Martha Hillman (Gene) of Monmouth, IL, Joyce Geator of Cedar Rapids, IA, Karen Smith (Frank) of Carbondale, IL and John Biddle of Seaton, IL.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
