He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene; his sister Genevieve; and his parents, Blanche Cleveland and Raymond Nelson. He is survived by: his sons, Alan of Galesburg, Mark of Arizona and Steve of Colorado; his nephew Terry Chick of Bloomington; and his grandson Jeremiah of Arizona.
