It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael L. Hennenfent of Knoxville, Illinois, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on August 2, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo A. Hennenfent and Shirley Hennenfent (Cunningham); his daughter-in-law Marcy Hennenfent; and his siblings-in-law, Christine Hennenfent, James Smith and William Conley (Larry).
He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Hennenfent (Palmer); his children, Julie Hennenfent of Galesburg, William Hennenfent (Becky) of Gilson and Matthew Hennenfent of Gilson; his grandsons, Nicholas Hennenfent, Benjamin Norville, Ryan Hennenfent, Blake Hennenfent, Case Hennenfent and Dane Hennenfent; and his siblings, Margaret Hannam (Peg) of Galesburg, Connie Smith of Gilson, Becky Conley of Clinton, IA, Mary Ebert (Mark) of Kewanee, Daniel Hennenfent (Marcy) of Ottawa, Patrick Hennenfent (Kim) of Wataga, John Hennenfent (Holly) of Galesburg, Robert Hennenfent of Wataga and Jeffrey Hennenfent (Merris) of Dahinda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face masks, social distancing and attendance limitations will be required.
