She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin L Cox and Catherine Cox; and her sister Mary Ella Fehr. She is survived by: her husband John R. "Jack" Derham of Knoxville, Illinois; her children, Jackie Derham of Knoxville, Jerry Derham of Galesburg and Todd Derham (Shelly) of Knoxville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Carissa Boyd (Jake) of East Moline, Andrew Derham (Jaclyn) of Plant City, Tara Turner (Marty) of Knoxville, Megan Haley (Rodney) of Pekin, Eric Derham (Jalyn) of Aubry, Samantha, Danielle Derham of Galesburg and Aaron Derham (Katherine) of Mesquite, Texas; and her sister Louise Swanson of Knoxville, Illinois.
In-lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Shriners or the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
