Lindell C. Benson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lindell C. Benson of Knoxville, Illinois, who passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Benson and Pearl L. Benson (Farris); and his sisters, Peggy Hardister, Carol Boatman and Barbara Ingram.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Benson (Bruce Benson), Bud Benson (Sherry) of Oneida, Michael (Mack Joseph) and Mandi Hunziker of Galesburg; his siblings, James "Buck" Benson of Abingdon, Illinois, Helen Borcky of Wisconsin and Wanda Bloomer of Maquon, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Misti Ainsworth and Harley. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
