He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman England and Dorothy England (Davis); and his sister Janet Marie Hinck. He is survived by: his wife Lois Jane Smart of Homewood; his daughter Elizabeth Ann England of Plymouth; his sister Susan Wozny (John) of Hawthorne Woods, Illinois; his brother-in-law John Smart (Polly) of Champaign, Illinois; and also, Jerry Hinck, Paul Hinck, Shay Smart and Paul Wozny.

Due to COVID-19 a private graveside service will be held at the Knoxville Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Galesburg Rotary Club Foundation or to the Galesburg Community Foundation for the Knoxville Community Fund.
