She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Meridy and Lela V. Gardner (Norris); and her husband George W. Jones, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Ann, Bowman, Tim, David and Jones of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Kathleen, Keegan, Haley, Evan, Cody, Tessa, Hannah, Damian, Chrissy and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Iris Meridy North and Rosemary North.
