He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Saline and Fern Saline (Reed); and his siblings, Janice and Harold. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Clay; his daughter Amanda Joy Clay-Copes; his sister Barbara Heimer of Knoxville, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Terrie Saline of Galesburg, Illinois and Jerry Fordyce of Abingdon, Illinois.
