He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lee and Louise Belle Kelley (Clark); his sister Louise Geraldine "Gerry" Lebda; and his niece Marcy Hennenfent. He is survived by: his children, Pat Willard (Kent) of Bloomington, IL, Duane Kelley and Marcy Hennenfent (Matt); and his spouse Margene McWilliams. He is also survived by his granddaughter, grandsons and great grandsons.
