He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bessy Cisco and Claude Cisco; his wife Wanda Cisco of Galesburg, Illinois; his brother Elbert Cisco of South Haven, Michigan; and his children, Steve Cisco (Ruthie) of Lyle, Tennessee, Shari Larkins (Rod) of Spring and Sandra Bryan (Gary) of Knoxville, Illinois. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
