She is survived by: her children, Carl Rudd (Bettie) of Knoxville, Linda Smeltser (Ed) of Alexandria and Allen Rudd (Robyn) of Union. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, nephews and nieces.
