She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Harter and Josephine A. Harter (Brown); her sister Linda; and her brother-in-law Laverne Landon. She is survived by: her husband John L. Pruett of Knoxville; her sons, Gregory Pruett of Knoxville, Michael Pruett of Round Rock and Joel Pruett (Crystal) of Knoxville; her brother Gary Harter (Linda) of Oquawka; and her granddaughters, Mackenzie, Meadow and Madilyn Pruett.
Memorials may be donated in Connie's name to the St. Labre Indian School or Paralyzed Veterans of America.
