He was predeceased by : his cousin Jim Shore; and his grandfather George Cuvar, Sr.. He is survived by : his moher Holly M (Shore) Bushie father Christopher A. Cuvar, Sr. (Stephanie); his brothers, Tyler Unger (Andrea) of Galesburg and Zachary Cuvar of Dexter, MI; and his grandparents, Robert Shore of Hoopeston, Billie Beason of Charleston and Fran Cuvar of Dayton, OH.

Due to COVID-19, social distancing, face masks and attendance guidelines will be required.

Memorials may be made to the family.
