He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Knapp and Francis Knapp of Oneida, IL.; his wife Marilyn; and his daughter-in-law Amy Knapp. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Knapp (Rebecca) of Ellisville, IL and James Knapp of Pittsboro, IN; his grandchildren, Greg Knapp (Maegan) of Peoria, IL, Elise Phillips (Bruce) of Brownsburg, IN, Carrie Blessman (Austin) of Germantown Hills, IL, Emily Shambaugh (John) of Indianapolis, IN, Jacob Knapp of Pittsboro, IN and Josie Thompson (Quinton) of Indianapolis, IN.; and his great grandchildren, Elliott Phillips, Graham Phillips, Kent Phillips, Jack Blessman, Henry Blessman, Everett Knapp, Ellie Knapp and Charlie Knapp.
