He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Tobias and Evelee Woods (Borrell); his wife Lois Ann Wilkins; his sons, Frank Woods of Galesburg, George Woods of Oneida and Jim Woods of Galesburg; and his grandchildren, Matt, Dan Woods, Charles Woods and Angela Gacy. He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren.
