Charlene Higgins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Higgins of Knoxville, Illinois, who passed away on July 11, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jo Glenn and Geraldean Blacklidge (Lively). She is survived by: her spouse Melvan L. Higgins; her children, Diana Dowdy (Clint) of Springfield, Doreen Benson of Galesburg, Melvan Higgins (Kay) of Bedford and Darlene Plue (Chris) of Knoxville; and her sisters, Linda Wright (Ed) of Indianapolis and Clara Carr (Don) of Indianapolis. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Midwest Old Threshers in Mt. Pleasant Iowa.
