She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Pittman and Helen Pittman (Speilman); her sons, Joe and Bob; and her siblings, Dariel, Harriett, Jack, David and Bruce.

She is survived by: her husband Jack Stevens of Elmore; her daughters, Jackie Lofgren (Geri) of Gilson and Starla Knox (Glen) of Holiday, Florida; and her brothers, Jim Pittman (Angela) of California and Gary Pittman (Ellie) of Texas.

In-lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or the Williamsfield United Methodist Church.
