She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnet Gravitt (Ferris) and Lawrence Gravitt; her grandparents, Mable and Grant Ferris; her daughter-in-law Jeannie Westbay; her grandsons, Jay Reed and Logan Cummings; and her sister Frances Martinson.
She is survived by: her husband Charles D. "Bud" Westbay; her children, Chuck Westbay (Shelley) of Elmwood, Shirley Jo Placher of Knoxville, Illinois, Steve Westbay of Knoxville, Illinois and Bette Westbay (John Maere) of Knoxville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Anji Gabriele, Dan Westbay, Tracey Hutchison, Ryan Reed, Chance Uhland, Lacie Clark of Mitchell Westbay, C. L and Clark Cummings; her great grandchildren, Vito, Gino, Joey Gabriele, Nolan, Dexter Westbay, Dalton, Hannah Hutchison, Quincy, Colten Uhland, Sutton, Finley Shook, Eastyn Westbay, Emily, Charlie, Bradley Cummings, Hailee Meyer and Matt Cummings; her grandson Carson Meyer; her brothers, Gil Gravitt of Delevan and Sammy Gravitt of Peoria; and her cousin Beverly Gordon of California.
