He was predeceased by: his stepmother Bert Justice; and his half-brother Michael Justice. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Jason Withers (Jennifer) of Kirkland and Michael Boyd of Wisconsin; his stepdaughters, Heather Oronia (Cesar) of Creston, Christina Hawk (Scott) of Genoa and Carrie Holmes (John) of Sycamore; his grandchildren, Justin, Jeffrey, Samantha, Amber, Ashlee, Carissa, Daniel and Alayna; and his siblings, Pat Bosio (Tony), Debbie Hendley (Douglas), Pam Stansel (Ricky) and Anita Harmon (Adam).
