He was predeceased by: his parents, Orion Butts and Edith Butts (Burkett); his wife Arline Moses; his son Jack Butts; and his sister Wanda DeVore (Ivan).
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Mansker and Lindell "Chuck" Butts; and his grandchildren, William Weems (Seandee), James Weems (Stephanie), Misty White (Gary), Emily Neff (Dustin), Mason Butts (Abigial) and John Seal. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Junior's memory to the Salem Township Hospital, that will be used in memory of Junior.
