It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Roach of Kingston, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Roach and LaNora Roach (Fowler); his former wife Kaye; his son-in-law Max Seisser IV; and his siblings, Ramona, Carl and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Sis; his daughters, Vicki Fogle (Gene), Jan Scheffers (Jim) and Nancy Shafer (Mike); his grandchildren, Kate Seisser (Jon Stark), Max Seisser (Alyssa), James Scheffers (Morgan), Jennamarie Lopez (Jose) and Bryan Shafer (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Hadley, Harper Scheffers, Edward, Emmett and Eli Lopez. He is also survived by 4 children; 13 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Slater-Butala Funeral Home of Genoa (132 W Main St, Genoa, IL 60135). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
