She is survived by: her mother Julie Mahoney-Krzyzek (Stremlau); her stepfather Duane Krzyzek of Earlville, IL; her siblings, Mary Ellen Spencer (Greg) of Rockford, IL and James "Jim" Mahoney of Earlville, IL; her stepbrother Chad Krzyzek (Wendy) of Pecatonica, IL; her nieces, Haileigh, Lily and Louisa of Rockford, IL; her aunts and uncles, Mary Jane Brady (Frank) of Lake Bluff, IL, Patricia Bartlett (Matt) of Geneva, IL, Colleen Mahoney of Jacksonville, FL, Anne Stremlau of Milwaukee, WI, Bill Stremlau (Mary Ann) of Ottawa, IL, Tom Stremlau (Mary Joy) of Brookfield, OH, Kathy Eager (Harry) of Earlville, IL and Nancy Kellam of Virginia, IL; and her caregivers, Diane, Tiffany, John, Mattie, Dr. Tripp, Dr. Houck and Dr. Larson.
