We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2022, at the age of 96, Helen Marie German of Kingston, Illinois, born in Rochelle, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel and Myrtle Carlson (Johnson); her husband Erwin; and her grandson Christopher German. She is survived by: her sons, Terry German (Becky Harrison) of Rockford and Danny German; and her grandchildren, Kecia Waldschmidt (Jim), Benjamin (Clio Goldsmith), Deborah Stack (Adam), Sarah Wiese (Kurt) and Jonathan German (Ashton). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
