We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2021, at the age of 98, Lucille C. Martinek of Kings, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Black and Eula V. Black of Jacksonville; her siblings, Lloyd, Clarence, Harold, Wilbur Black and Virginia Adams (Black); her former husband Harry E. Allen; and her husband Phillip L. Martinek.
She is survived by: her son Charles R. "Chuck" Allen (Lynn); her grandson Dr. Daryl M. Allen (Wendy); and her great grandchild Wyatt Allen of Springfield.
