He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Hayes and Amy Hayes (Lathrop); his siblings, Adelaide Chavez (Pablo), Emery Hayes (Jeannine Tegner) and LaVonne Huebner (Earl); his wife Jeanne; his children, Mark Hayes (Danette), Jodi Appel and Viki Bigelow (Larry); and his grandchildren, Amanda Rudolph (Isaac), Laura Hines (Richard), Nicholas Fry (Michelle Brackey), Thomas Bigelow (Alma) and Amy Bigelow-Rybacki (Jason). He was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
