He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dilley and Effie Kendrick Dilley; his wife Marilyn Dodd; and his brothers, Edward Dilley and George Dilley.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Howe of Menifee, CA, Tamara Howe of Kinderhook, IL and Beth Van Ackeren (Dan) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Patrick Howe (Lissa) of Montgomery, AL and Rachel Howe of Kansas City, MO; and his great grandchild William Howe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
