She was predeceased by: her parents, Commie Dixon and Mae Dixon; her siblings, Waunita Homan and John Dixon; and her grandsons, Douglas Lash and Kevin Hickman.
She is survived by: her spouse Harold W. Hartley; her children, Diana Smith (Bob) of Niles, OH, Barbara Caulk (Lonnie) of Springfield, IL, Mary Ann Brown of Las Vegas, NV and Harold F. Hartley (Tami) of Taylorville, IL; and her siblings, Maria Cavatorta of Tovey, IL and Earl Dixon of Morrisonville, IL. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
