He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Masterson and Anna Masterson Sr. (Schmelzer); his siblings, Ida Mae Cambruzzi and James R. Masterson II; his grandson Michael J. Masterson Jr.; and his friend Danny E. Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Ricci of Kincaid; his children, Michael Masterson (Amy) of Tovey and Susan Masterson of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Alina Duncan of Cincinnati, Sarina Duncan of Cincinnati, Jacob Masterson of Colorado Springs, CO, Gary Fairbrother of Quincy, Lorin Fairbrother of Peoria and Alison Riva of Tovey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
