It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis M. Selzer of Kincaid, Illinois, born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Young and Anna Young; her husband Richard J. Selzer; her brother Arnold Young; and her children, James Selzer and Phyllis Watson.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Simmons (Tom Jonak) and Raymond Selzer (Yvonne); and her grandson Louis Selzer (Connie Anderson). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great, Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or memorials it was her request that donations be made to the Midland Volunteer Fire Department in Kincaid or to Project Linus-Central Illinois Chapter.
