She is survived by: her husband George Carter; her daughters, Deanna Carter of Kincaid, IL and Tania Pop (Daniel) of Kincaid, IL; her grandchildren, Brittany Burchi (Robert Epps), Kelsey Pop (Trevor Lindsay) and Dylan Pop of Springfield, IL; her great grandchild Ronin Epps; her siblings, Leona Goebel (Richard), Rena Schmollinger (Brent) of Staunton, IL, Clifford Wall (Sandra) and Brian Wall (Melodie) of Ft. Worth, TX; and her sister-in-law Alice Wall (Jim Grundy) of Staunton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
