He was predeceased by: his son Jerry Garrett. He is survived by: his parents, Loyd Kelly and Effie Kelly (Johnston); his spouse June Garrett; his children, Jami, Amber, Danny Garrett (Debby) of Brighton, Bud Garrett (Missy) of South Roxana and Darrell Garrett (Libby) of Galesburg, IL; his brother-in-law Jackie Cooper of Bethalto; and his grandchildren, Brandon Hefner, Carson Hefner, Tyler Thorpe, Emily Thorpe, Daniel Garrett (Laura), Ashley Garrett and Christopher Garrett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Community Worship Center in Taylorville, IL (for the new building phase).
