He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Higgenbotham and Audrey Higgenbotham (Easthope); his sister Sharon Fears; and his great-niece Alyssa Mason. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Karlen (Nathan) of Alton, IL, Carol Havard (Terence) of Taylorville, Harry Higgenbotham of Lincoln, IL, John Higgenbotham of Springfield and Michael Higgenbotham of Springfield; and his nieces and nephews, Kenny Fears (Ashleigh) of O'Fallon, MO, David Fears (Rae Ann) of Perryville, MO, Audrey Franco of Alton, IL, Jim Dearduff (Susan) of Wood River, IL, Rocky Higgenbotham (Chrysta), Lori Tews (John) of Westcliffe, CO, Daniel Higgenbotham (Crystal) of Springfield, Brittani Dunkirk (Brandon) of Troy, IL and Brandi Havard of Denver, CO. He is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews.
