She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie C. Henley and Lorena C. Henley (Clark); her husband Bobby Gene Chance; and her brothers, Wayne Henley, Donald Henley and Harold Henley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Menossi (David) of Taylorville, IL., Janet Meikle and Barbara Mulvaney (Bill) of Kincaid, IL; her grandchildren, Chris Menossi, Chad Menossi, Angie Gerlach (Eric), Lisa Mulvaney (Dustin Lush), Danny Meikle and Jason Mulvaney; and her great grandchildren, Jordyn Gerlach, Kaylee Gerlach, Owen Mulvaney, Greylon Mulvaney, Jalynn Lush, Millie Lush, Salem Meikle and Jace Meikle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
