She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Fredrick Schleyhahn Sr. and Monica June Schleyhahn (Fox); her brothers, Loyd Frederick Schleyhahn, Jr. and Kevin Jay Schleyhahn; and her nephews, Joshua Schleyhahn and James Schleyhahn.
She is survived by: her husband Dean Lee Phillips; her children, Monica Schleyhahn (Shaun Foster) of Kincaid, IL, Christopher Dean Lee Phillips (Kira) of Kincaid, IL and Castle J. Phillips (Courtney Minks) of Taylorville, IL; her grandchildren, Tyler Lee Foster, Caitlyn Foster of Kincaid, IL, Brysinn Phillips, Axel Phillips of Taylorville, IL and Rhorick Phillips of Kincaid, IL; and her brother Barry Schleyhahn (Joy). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
