He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Welch and Myrtle Welch; and his brother Walter Welch. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Welch; his children, Michele Giambrone (William), Lisa Welch and Anthony Welch (Corey); and his grandchildren, Victoria, Michael, Marie, Anthony, Juliana, Alison and Morgan.
