He was predeceased by: his parents, Cameron Latter and Mary Latter; his wife Genevieve; his son David; his grandson Michael; and his siblings, Thomas and Margaret.
He is survived by: his sons, Jack Latter and Paul Latter (Teri); his grandsons, Philip (Macy), Scott (Tiffany), Mark and David (Haylee); and his great grandchildren, Aspen, Willow, Charles, Benjamin, Cecilia and Ryan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
