He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Riggs and Bernice Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Paula Sterkis; his children, Patty Sander (Jeffrey) and Robby Riggs (Jamie) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Raylynn Sander, Will Sander, Rylee Riggs, Harper Riggs and Hunter Riggs; and his brothers, Randy Riggs of Highland and Ronnie Riggs of Missouri. He is also survived by his nieces, a nephew, many cousins, and friends.
